COIMBATORE TOURIST PLACES, TAMILNADU TRIP | ADIYOGI STATUE TOUR & FULL DETAILS
Day 14 in my all india trip, i travel coimbatore city tour including The Adiyogi Statue. earlier of the day i start my journey from hotel (Hotel Irani). adiyogi statue distance from my hotel 29km aprox, time take 50 min around. in this time (Nov-2020), so many tourist places are closed due to covid-19. only few temple are open like Adiyogi. Currently Adiyogi is an famous tourist attraction in the heritage city of our Tamilnadu State, India. 


 About Adiyogi: to see this statue we understand that this statue (Adiyogi) refers to our God Shiva or "the first yogi" as the originator of yoga. this statue was established to inspire people through yoga.
Height of this statue 34 metre tall means 112 ft, 45 metre long (145ft) & 25 metre wide (82 ft) steel statue, it's weighs around 500 tonnes, Designed by Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev. This statue also recognized by the GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS as the "LARGEST BUST SCULPTURE" in the world.

Time: Morning 6 to Evening 8. (6AM TO 8 PM)
I spend here (Duration): More than 2 hours. (Note: in this time so many spot was closed).

What i saw here : The Adiyogi Statue, Dhyanalinga Temple,
Distance( how to reach adiyogi from coimbatore) : coimbatore to adiyogi shiva statue distance 30km (aprox), via Siruvani road , time will take 1 hour around.
** coimbatore airport to adiyogi distance 40km & duration 1hour 45 min aprox.
** you can also reach by public bus, that's available from gandhipuram bus stand, & every 45 min bus sends out to the gates of the complex.
