MR ROAMING | MANIPUR TRIP | IMPHAL CITY TOUR PART -2 | VLOG 116
In previous vlog i share with you few tourist places of Imphal City, now in this vlog i share with you few more places to visit in imphal. Continue from last vlog i reached Kangla Fort (one of the famous tourist place in imphal), situated in middle of the city. all of places that i discuss in this vlog all are within walking distance. Kangla means "dry land" that was situated on both side of the imphal river's bank.
After Kangla fort i came to Manipur State Museum, here also i have to pay entry fee. and due to restriction i can's capture any photo or video inside of this museum. This museum open in 1969 by Indira gandhi, Prime Minister of india. This museum one of the main tourist attraction in Manipur. I found in this museum local textiles, tribal ornaments, agricultural equipment and also so many items of cultural relevance (local). in open gallery i found hiyang hiren that's a 78 ft royal boat.
Next i came to Shaheed Minar, Imphal that close to museum and the same place i found Imphal Polo Ground . I was lucky that i see live polo match , all you can see in this video.
From Polo Ground i spent few time in local market including woman market and then come to see 2nd World war cemetery.
All those places you can't miss in your Manipur trip, and yes mind it maximum places that take entry ticket all are close in Monday.
